Firstly, you can track the shipment on the carrier's website by taking the slip number that was sent to you.

Our processing time is short and takes a maximum of 48 hours (working) from receipt in order for the phone to be tested.
Then, if the tests are compliant, payment is made within 48 (working) hours from the tests.
If the tests are not compliant, you will receive an email explaining the difference observed.
